Biography Valbona joined the AAEF in 2001 and the AADF in 2017. Before her current role, she worked in various administrative capacities within the international development sector. Valbona holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana and a UNDP-CIPS Certificate in Public Procurement.
