President Bajram Begaj Hosted LEAD Albania Fellows and AADF Co-CEOs at the Presidential Office

President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, hosted the current fellows of the LEAD Albania and the Co-CEOs of AADF at the Presidential Office.

During the meeting, President Begaj praised the LEAD Albania program as a valuable contribution to developing professional leadership in Albania. He expressed his appreciation for AADF’s long-standing commitment to empowering young professionals and strengthening institutional capacities in the country.

The President highlighted the importance of youth engagement in public service and encouraged the fellows to apply the knowledge and experience gained through international education and training to contribute actively to Albania’s development.

“Albania needs professionals like you,” emphasized President Begaj, urging the fellows to pursue their careers with integrity and dedication.

Initiated and supported by AADF, the LEAD Albania program offers a unique opportunity for young Albanian professionals to work alongside senior state institutions, gaining hands-on experience while fostering a new generation of public leaders.
