Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) was created in 2009 by the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund with the support and encouragement of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United States Government. The mission of AADF is to facilitate the development of a sustainable private sector economy and a democratic society in Albania and to contribute to stability in Southeastern Europe. As part of the Entrepreneurship and Education sector portfolio, AADF is implementing the TOKA project. The project outlines a collaborative framework that unites national and local stakeholders, educational and research institutions, farmers’ organizations, and the private sector. The four focus areas are: (1) Agricultural Sector Development, (2) Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems, (3) Food Safety, and (4) Capacity Building, which will function both as an independent pillar and as a cross-cutting element integrated with the other three pillars. For the implementation of “TOKA” project, AADF is looking to fill the position of Project Coordinator, located in Korça. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate the project activities implementation Coordinate meetings and communication between stakeholders Support the design, planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities in line with the approved workplan and budget Facilitate cooperation between local producers, farmers’ organizations, public institutions, and academic partners involved in the project Oversee implementation of field activities in Korça region and ensure timely delivery of project milestones Assist in the development of training modules, capacity building sessions, workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives Prepare progress reports, briefings, presentations, and documentation for internal use and for external partners Support evidence collection, data gathering, baseline and impact indicators for the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems component Ensure compliance with AADF procedures, standards, and visibility requirements in all project-related activities Required qualifications and competencies: Bachelor/Master Degree; Minimum 4 years of work experience; Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office package and especially Word and Excel; Strong analytical, communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Very good command of the English Language.
