The Albanian American Development Foundation (AADF) is a non-profit organization that supports development initiatives in Albania by investing in programs and projects that strengthen communities, improve public services, and advance long-term social and economic development. Position Summary The role is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of AADF’s IT infrastructure and digital systems. This includes providing on-site IT support and maintaining servers, computers, printers, networks, and security systems, as well as coordinating and supporting digital platforms across AADF, including existing systems and newly developed solutions such as CRM/ERP platforms. Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, networks, printers, and internet connectivity. Ensure system stability, data backups, and cybersecurity through regular monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, network, and system issues. Administer user access, servers, and backup processes. Coordinate and support digital systems (software, CRM/ERP, workflows), from implementation to continuous improvement. Translate departmental needs into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and system use. Required qualifications and competencies: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, support, and digital systems. Solid understanding of hardware, networking, IT security, backups, and email systems. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and digital workflows; SAP experience is an asset. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work with technical and non-technical teams. Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
