The AADF Partners with Fondazione Santagata per l’Economia della Cultura for the Castle of Berat Destination Management Plan

The AADF is pleased to announce the collaboration with Fondazione Santagata per l’Economia della Cultura for the development of the Castle of Berat Destination Management Plan.

Fondazione Santagata possesses extensive expertise in research that supports the management of cultural heritage, particularly concerning the economic development of territories and programs related to UNESCO. As a non-governmental organization with official relations with UNESCO, it serves in an advisory capacity to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee. Additionally, Fondazione Santagata is a member of the G20 Cultural Business Management Training Network, the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), and the Climate Heritage Network.

The collaborative efforts of AADF, Fondazione Santagata, and other project stakeholders will focus on creating a comprehensive document enhancing the protection of cultural heritage and fostering community resilience through responsible and sustainable tourism management.
