ElementIT introduces coding for first-grade students in Albanian schools

The beginning of the new school year will also mark the start of ElementIT, the AADF’s newest program that aims to introduce an ICT curriculum to grades one through three in a total of 100 schools across Albania. In collaboration with its partners from the Ministry of Education and Sports, as well as the Minister of State for Youth and Children, ElementIT will also provide access to the online coding platform CodeMonkey for over 90,000 students. Additionally, it will establish 100 smart labs equipped with laptops, computer network, interactive screens, and programmable microcomputers.
