These workshops focused on two critical themes: “Strengthening the Assessment System of the Center for Educational Services” and “Baseline Needs Assessment and Workforce Planning for the Institution.” Led by Cambridge experts, the sessions brought together a diverse group of participants, including QSHA staff, university rectors, teachers, test assessors, and representatives from the Agency for Quality Assurance in Pre-University Education (ASCAP), the National Agency for Pre-University Education (AKAP), Regional Directorates for Pre-University Education (DRAP), and Local Offices for Pre-University Education (ZVAP). The workshops aimed to gather comprehensive input from stakeholders on the current structure and functions of the QSHA, its collective skills and competencies, and its technological resources. This collaborative effort seeks to enhance the quality of education in Albania, aspiring to meet international standards. Gallery
