14/10/2025 Education & Leadership LEAD Albania Celebrates 12th Cohort Graduation and Welcomes the 13th LEAD Albania Program marked an important milestone with the graduation of its 12th cohort and the launch of the 13th, bringing together fellows, alumni, partners, and supporters in a ceremony dedicated to leadership and public service. Distinguished guests, including representatives from the Albanian Government, the AADF board, and the Co-CEOs of AADF, reflected on the program’s lasting contribution to building a new generation of leaders committed to good governance and national progress. This year’s fellows benefited from two new and enriching program components: The Washington Component, which included visits to the White House, Capitol Hill, and meetings with senior U.S. government officials, provided firsthand exposure to policymaking and leadership in the American context. The College of Europe Executive Program in Bruges, Belgium, focused on European Union Integration, offering deeper insights into EU institutions, policymaking, and governance. Over the past 12 years, LEAD Albania has supported more than 130 professionals, many of whom currently hold leadership roles in public administration, civil society, and international organizations. The program continues to expand its reach, attracting professionals from diverse backgrounds, and remains a cornerstone initiative for strengthening leadership and governance in Albania. Gallery
