AADF Scholarship Program

The AADF Scholarship Program is a strategic initiative created to broaden educational opportunities for Albanian students and support academic excellence both locally and abroad. Through targeted investment in talent, the program aims to strengthen the country’s human capital, reduce the brain drain, and build stronger bridges between Albania and leading academic institutions worldwide.

The program consists of two core components. The national component provides scholarships for high-achieving students enrolled in dual-degree or internationally accredited programs at higher education institutions in Albania. The U.S. component supports postgraduate studies at top-ranked institutions in the United States, helping connect Albania’s brightest minds with world-class academic opportunities.
