Biography Alketa joined the AADF in 2016. Previously, she worked as a consultant and advisor on projects for regional and international cultural institutions. Alketa is a graduate of the Academy of Arts in Tirana and holds a Certificate in Leadership in Arts Fundraising from the University of Leeds and a Certificate in Arts and Heritage Management from Università Bocconi.
