Biography Bledi joined the AADF in 2017. Prior to the AADF, he was a Senior Community Investment Advisor at Trans Adriatic Pipeline and a Brand Manager at Albtelecom. Bledi holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Marketing from the University of Tirana’s Faculty of Economics, as well as a B.A. in Law from the Faculty of Law in Tirana.
