Biography Entela joined AADF in 2016. Previously, she worked on World Bank projects in Albania and served as Coordinator of the Albanian Children Foundation. Entela holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Tirana, an MBA in Leadership and Management of Human Resources, and has completed the “Emerging Leaders” Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
