Biography Jonida joined the AADF in 2018. Prior to that, she worked with EducationUSA Advising Center and served as Executive Director at Youth Act Center. She holds an MSc in Law, an MA in Public Administration, and a PhD in Competition Law, all from the University of Tirana. Jonida is also a licensed attorney with the National Chamber of Advocacy of Albania.
