Biography Sokol joined the AADF in 2016. Prior to that, he worked as Head of the Education Technology Sector at the Ministry of Education and as a consultant on IT and education projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana and has completed leadership and sustainable development training at Harvard and Cambridge Universities.
