The Compulsory Training Program for Principals of Higher Vocational Education Institutions aims at retaining a skilled workforce in Albania

The Center for School Leadership launched the Compulsory Training Program (CTP) for principals of Higher Vocational Education Institutions (VET) in cooperation with Skills4Jobs. The mandatory training program will equip principals and aspiring principals of Higher Vocational Education Institutions with the essential leadership skills needed to drive improvement and bring change within the institutions they manage.

Vocational Training plays a major role in addressing skill shortages and can inspire entrepreneurship and innovation, as individuals with specialized skills may be more likely to start their own businesses or contribute to innovative solutions within their industries. Effective Vocational Education and Training institutions will have a substantial impact on the Albanian economy. By offering attractive and relevant skill development options, Albania can retain more of its skilled workforce.
