Biography Mr. Glenn has more than 30 years of management experience in the private sector across strategic planning, investment, technology, operations, and human capital development. He is a Managing Director at Accenture, a global technology and professional services firm, where he works within the CEO Advisory and Private Equity practices. His prior experience spans private equity operations and advisory work with private equity firms and their portfolio company management teams, with leadership roles at Genpact, West Monroe Partners, Infosys, and Fortress Investment Group, as well as business and technology strategy consulting at Deloitte. Throughout his career, Mr. Glenn has worked across multiple industries in the Americas and Europe, in both consulting and operational roles, leading the strategy and execution of major operational and technology transformations that drive sustainable growth and value creation. His experience also includes hundreds of M&A transactions, from due diligence and post-close integration through exit, supporting the objectives of the investment thesis and maximizing value at exit. Mr. Glenn graduated with distinction from Clarkson University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a professional concentration in Environmental Engineering. Raised in a small farming community in upstate New York, he credits his upbringing with shaping the practical perspective and sensibilities he brings to his work today. He is the father of three grown children and is an outdoor enthusiast.
