Center for School Leadership Launches Compulsory Preparatory Training Program, Driving Excellence in Albanian Pre-University Education

The AADF has launched the Center for School Leadership, which aims to establish a new standard of pre-university school leadership in Albania. As part of this initiative, principals, vice-principals, and aspiring school principals will undergo mandatory training and receive certification according to a well-defined legal framework. The AADF established the Center for School Leadership in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sport, and Youth, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable development in Albania.

This initiative marks a significant milestone for pre-university education in Albania, as school principals will assume a leadership role and become catalysts for progressive change within the education system. Through enhanced effectiveness, they will be able to positively influence the overall productive climate and promote educational equity in the schools they manage. Furthermore, they will foster constructive relationships with teachers and engage the broader communities associated with their schools, thereby creating a positive impact on the educational landscape of Albania.
