JAA has been instrumental in promoting and supporting economic education and entrepreneurship for thousands of young individuals in Albania since its founding year, and its programs are fully integrated into the educational system. Flagship programs like “The Student Company” cover various aspects of the 21st-century global marketplace, including business ethics, success skills, how to start and manage a student company, entrepreneurial skills, and leadership development.

JAA is part of the Junior Achievement Europe and Junior Achievement Worldwide network, which is the largest and oldest youth-serving organization in the world focused on financial education and entrepreneurship. In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth, JAA has seamlessly integrated its educational modules into the pre-university curriculum of Albania, achieving full implementation in the education system.
