Upholding Educational Excellence through Objective Assessments and Licensing

 At the AADF, there is a shared understanding that the key to transforming Albania lies in the education and skill development of future generations. However, it is essential to assess all this learning to ensure that the quality and standards of academic achievement are consistently maintained.

The National Examination Center (NEC) is the sole authorized institution in Albania for conducting assessments related to all secondary education exams and tests on a national level, as well as licensing all regulated professions in the country. The AADF is dedicated to supporting NEC by implementing international standards in assessments. This commitment aims to ensure transparency, integrity, and streamline processes to save time and costs.

Furthermore, NEC serves as a database that can provide valuable information related to education policies, business development, and agendas in the education sector in Albania. The AADF has invested $4.95 million so far to enhance the center’s capacity by analyzing operational models that protect its integrity, diminish political influence and contribute to improving and updating its technology.
