Biography Erblin Maçi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science from the American University in Bulgaria, and a Master of Science degree in Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets from the Barcelona School of Economics. He has 15 years of experience at the Central Bank of Albania, where he developed strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as expertise in monetary and fiscal policy, external economic and commodity markets developments, strategic planning, and communication. Erblin joined AADF in April 2023.
