Biography Ermir Dajçi has over 8 years of combined experience related to Program Management, Marketing, and Audit. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel” in Tirana, Albania; and a Master’s degree in Marketing & European and International Management from the University of Antwerp, in Belgium. Ermir has held positions such as Audit Analyst at Deloitte Albania and Deloitte Italy; Project Management Officer/Customer Engagement Assistant at B&D Belgium; and recently PM/PA at the Embassy of Sweden in Tirana, where he acted as a Program Manager for the EU for Innovation multi-donor action focused in supporting innovative start-ups, incubators and accelerators in the Albanian market. Ermir has also volunteered as a sports content creator for Top Channel TV and as an HR officer for the AIESEC youth organization. Since April 2023, Ermir has joined the AADF team as Senior Project Coordinator in the Education & Leadership sector.
