Biography Erta joined AADF in 2023. Before the AADF, she managed youth empowerment, intercultural exchange, and community development programs. Erta holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Cross-Border e-commerce from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Trade.
