Biography Erta Prifti has over 5 years of experience in project coordination on international development projects, collaborating with both national and international NGOs. Her work has been focused on intercultural exchange programs, youth empowerment, and community development initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Cross Border e-Commerce from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade. Erta has completed the Global Village for Future Leaders program at Lehigh University in the U.S. and is an alumna of the U.S. Department of State Exchange Programs. Erta joined AADF in March 2023.
