Biography Esmeralda Hasaj is an experienced professional in senior management, university teaching, and consulting. Her former positions include Regional and Country Finance Director for ADRA International in several countries around the world, lecturer at various Albanian universities, and finance and procurement consultant. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Andrews University, Michigan, USA, and a BA in Business Administration, Albania. Esmeralda is certified by UNDP and CIPS n public procurement (recognized globally). She joined AADF in 2011 as a consultant to develop their procurement policies and procedures before becoming a permanent member of the team.
