Biography Etleva joined the AADF in 2015. Prior to the AADF, she managed consultant service contracts for design, maintenance, and construction work, focusing on technical and contractual problem-solving and quality assurance under CEB, EBRD, and FIDIC. Eva holds a B.A. in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana and is completing a degree in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University in Tirana.
