Biography Ridvan joined the AADF in 2013. Before joining the AADF, Ridvan worked at the “TEULEDA” Agency (part of UNOPS) and served as Deputy Mayor of Shkodra, overseeing various departments including Development and Projects, Culture, Youth, and Social Issues. He holds a Degree in Agriculture from the University of Tirana, a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Shkodra, and a Master’s in Local Human Development from the University of Florence.
