Biography Valbona joined the AADF in 2016. Prior to that, she worked in professional advisory services for major companies in the banking, insurance, and financial sectors across Albania, Kosovo, and Romania. She holds a degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Tirana and is a fellow member of ACCA, as well as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Albania.
