The Board of Trustees of the AADF has appointed Mr. Martin Mata as the Foundation’s sole Chief Executive Officer.

The Board of Trustees of the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) has appointed Mr. Martin Mata as the Foundation’s sole Chief Executive Officer.

With over thirty-seven years of experience, of which twenty six years working for the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund and the Albanian-American Development Foundation, the Board is confident that Martin is well positioned to lead AADF as it continues to grow and contribute to the development of Albania by providing opportunity for every Albanian.

This leadership transition reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to strong governance and continuity.

Backed by a highly dedicated management team and guided by a clear strategic vision, AADF remains committed to creating lasting impact through investments in education, entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, tourism, and leadership development.
