Access to reliable sources of finance is a critical component in the development and growth of Albanian SMEs and startups.

Crimson Finance Fund Albania was founded with the vision and mission to increase access to finance for this segment of the private sector, which represents the near totality of all enterprises in Albania and provides employment to the majority of the Albanian population.

CFFA aims to support and fund projects within this particular private sector segment. This sector not only lacks adequate access to the necessary financial resources for growth and job creation, but even when funds are accessible, lending often comes at an excessive cost and may not align with the intended purpose, type, duration, or necessary collateral.

The CFFA brings added value to the Albanian market mainly through three financial products such as general loan, factoring, and financial leasing, offered against affordable and highly competitive prices for this market segment.

To assist the growth of its partners, the CFFA has narrowed its scope to three main pillars of tailored products which include the need for assets, the need for working capital, and the need for inventory.

The establishment of the Crimson Finance Fund Albania is a result of the extraordinary partnership between the AADF, the Municipality of Tirana, Crimson Capital Corp., Norfund, and Helenos, who share the same values and have a clear stake in helping small businesses grow.
