LEAD Albania 2020: Training package on “Introduction to Public Administration and Role of Advisers”

LEAD Albania Fellowship experience is supported by an educational component that starts with a training package on “Introduction to Public Administration and Role of Advisers” organized by AADF in collaboration with Future Center. For the 7^th Cohort, these training sessions started in October, during a team building activity in Dardhe, Korce, prior to Fellows starting work in the Host Institutions, and continued in Tirana as afterwork sessions until the end of December. The Fellows acquired knowledge on the legal basis, organization and functioning of Albanian public administration, communication and negotiation techniques, the role of advisors, classified information, Event management and Time Management, as well as the Diplomatic Protocol and Business Etiquette. The training was delivered through theoretical sessions and interactive and simulation exercises.
