With the aim to support in many dimensions and prepare BID/TID Associations for a long-term successful performance, on 17-18th of February AADF organized training and consultancy sessions on legal field for BID/TID administrators. During the training the participants were able to obtain better knowledge regarding the roles and functionalities of executive authorities, their duties and competences, following legal procedures and practical cases that will be useful in associations administration. The training was organized by AADF and held by “Kalo & Associates”. The main topics of the training were focused on BID/TID organisational legal aspects, details on the operations and legal mandate of the general assembly, board of directors and the administrator, maintaining the documentation, legal procedures and practical cases.
