As part of the E-ticketing project, AADF in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and its subordinate institutions, assisted by MyTicket Albania, organized several training sessions on the online ticketing operation. Local staff were trained on different topics of operating the online ticket and addressing emerging problems. On Monday, December 23 at the Ministry of Culture, the on-site trainings were followed by another more detailed training at a central level between local institutions and main Albanian tour operators. It focused primarily on the financial aspect, billing scheme, and reconciliation between institutions and tour operators. As part of these service improving measures, the local staff were also trained by Horizon Company on real-time reporting of problems raised during the daily operation of the systems. The new maintenance service has been added with the support of AADF to improve the issue-reporting system from local sites.
