Tender #00202: Maintenance Work at The Pyramid of Tirana

The Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) led the revitalization and transformation of the Pyramid of Tirana into a leading center for youth, technology, education, and innovation.

As part of its ongoing commitment to this landmark project, AADF intends to support the continued maintenance, functionality, safety, and operational performance of the Pyramid Center. This initiative includes maintenance and minor upgrade works across the Pyramid’s internal and external areas, with interventions focused on architectural elements, interior spaces, Fab Lab areas, electrical infrastructure, lighting systems, cabling, and access control systems.

The works aim to improve the day-to-day functionality of the building, strengthen safety and access management, enhance lighting performance, and ensure that key interior surfaces and technical systems remain durable, efficient, and well-maintained.

The intervention will support the continued upkeep and improvement of the Pyramid Center, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, young people, and the broader public.
