Qendra e Vizitorëve është pjesë e projektit Drilon–Tushemisht Waterscape Park, i cili synon ta zhvillojë zonën si një destinacion turistik të qëndrueshëm. Qendra do të shërbejë si një pikë kryesore informimi dhe ndërveprimi për vizitorët, duke ofruar përvoja edukative mbi natyrën, historinë dhe kulturën e zonës.
