Request for Tender #00206: Construction works for the new offices, surrounding spaces and examination rooms of the National Agency for Education Services

The Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) is supporting the Ministry of Education and the National Agency for Education Services (NAES) in the modernization and reform of the Agency, with the aim of strengthening its capacity to deliver key educational services in Albania. As part of this effort, AADF is launching a tender for the construction of new offices, examination rooms, ancillary spaces, and surrounding areas for NAES at the Agricultural University of Tirana.

The project will transform three floors of a recently constructed building into modern, functional premises equipped to support NAES in administering national and international assessments, professional licensing examinations, diploma recognition services, and its broader institutional responsibilities. The works will include construction and finishing, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, CCTV, access control, alarm and emergency systems, as well as the requalification of external spaces.
